What we collect

When you use our contact form, email or WhatsApp us, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in, your budget range and your message.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery session.
• To prepare proposals, agreements and invoices if we work together.
• To keep records required by law.

We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as our web host and email provider, who are required to keep it secure.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@yipmedia.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
